Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.

Unboxing Video Required

An uninterrupted unboxing video is required for any damage, missing item, or wrong item claim. The video should clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and the product condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Vedic bracelets or personalized recommendations.
• Energized, blessed, or ritual-prepared products.
• Used, worn, altered, damaged, or opened products without valid proof.
• Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Items purchased during clearance, sale, or special offer campaigns, unless defective.

Natural Crystal Variation

Crystals are natural materials. Slight variations in color, size, pattern, bead texture, inclusions, and shine are normal and are not considered defects.

Exchange Process

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval. If the return is due to our error, we will guide you on the next steps. For other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
